Jerry Kassner is the Founder and President of Blacktop Solutions Company, a nationally operating asphalt paving and project management firm serving commercial properties across the United States. Since founding the company, Jerry has built Blacktop into a growing national operation, establishing relationships with some of the country's leading senior living operators and real estate investment trusts.
Prior to founding Blacktop Solutions Company, Jerry developed a strong foundation in business operations, client relationship management, and project coordination that he now applies to the specialized demands of commercial pavement management.
Jerry is deeply passionate about delivering honest, transparent service to property owners and operators who depend on reliable pavement maintenance to keep their communities safe and functional. He takes great pride in building long-term client relationships built on integrity, clear communication, and consistent results.
Jerry oversees all business development, project management, and subcontractor operations for Blacktop Solutions Company, personally ensuring that every project meets the company's standards from initial assessment through final completion.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
